Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FutureCodeX website (futurcodex.in) or any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in their entirety.

2. Our Services

FutureCodeX provides digital marketing and technology services including, but not limited to:

• Website and mobile application development
• UI/UX design and branding
• Social media management and content creation
• Video production and photography
• Search engine optimization (SEO) and paid advertising
• AI integration and Python development
• Graphic design and digital marketing strategy

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project delivery
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or assets within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the right to share any content, logos, or materials provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Use our deliverables only for lawful purposes

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All original content, designs, code, and materials created by FutureCodeX prior to or independent of your project remain our intellectual property. This includes our website content, templates, tools, and methodologies.

Client-Owned Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for your project, except for any third-party components, stock assets, or licensed software which remain subject to their respective licenses.

Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, FutureCodeX reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment schedules are defined in individual project proposals
• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences
• Final deliverables are released upon receipt of full payment
• Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on outstanding balances
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

6. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. Requests that significantly alter the original project scope constitute a new project or change order.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 2 years.

8. Limitation of Liability

FutureCodeX's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, follower growth targets, or conversion rates. Digital marketing results vary based on many factors outside our control.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. FutureCodeX may retain any deposits for work already performed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
